Reducing the $50 cancellation fee. In my case it was not a cancellation but a postponment that I advised 5 days before. So a $20 fee for postponment would have been better - or a fee for just 3 days before - or something like that.

Transfercar is great, however the car was not ready at the time of pick up (had to wait at the airport for an hour). Also I have put in a second car request which was not responded to and it lapsed. I ended up doing a relocation for a different company.
