I have used Transfercar over 50 times and 8 years.... Its not you.. it is one of your current representative car rental companies called YES RENTALS. Nothing I say will change anything but they are fraudulent, rude, unorganized and quite frankly a disgrace to the industry....... And I never complain.....

It wasn’t advertised exactly as it ended up. On the as it said free if the car was picked up and dropped off within an 8 day period. I only needed the car for 2 days and was charged $40 for the second day. Other than that is was good

Yes 1] The possibility of RUC doesn't apply or exist for petrol vehicles,so RUC should not appear as a possibility for any petrol vehicles. 2] The insurance cost of relocs is sometimes not clear. If say $40 a day it's relevent to costing out a trip. Some companies list insurance options like Jucy. Others don't, so what's the cost risk involved? Cheers, Warwick Graham
