All went well on this my first booking. Previously when I’ve applied there was no acknowledgement at all. Suggest a ‘you have not been successful this time’ message as early as possible would be helpful so the driver can make other plans without delay. I’ve already recommended your service to a few friends. Thifty were very professional at collection drop off - so a good experience quality car all round. Thank you. Lisa

It was a little unclear exactly how long we could use the car for and if we needed to return it with gas or not. Also, more information about the type of vehicle in advance would be helpful.
