I found the process very easy to sign up to and had confirmation of the vehicle within minutes. I did stop receiving the daily emails once I had put in a specific date and location . I would still like to receive the general emails daily also , but maybe the system deletes previous requests for notifications when a new one is entered ?

The man was 30 mins late to open the door in Picton when we were picking up the car. We were only slightly time pressured but could be inconvenient.
