Just very hard to get confirmed for a car. The car we got given had a broken tail light.

You need to be able to ensure that a reply can be given over the weekends and not only on weekdays. Especially when a car is listed on Friday night with dates to pick up can be over that coming weekend, and then no reply until the Monday. It is very frustrating. There must be a way to call a number, even with the rental operator that can organise a time for the driver to collect the car.

Yes was told don't have to fill up when I drop off,charged bond that will be refunded, 40$ will never see again. No will never be fooled again
