When I went too book it didnt tell me all the info had too actually book it before you g ok t told what you would be billed I work for a rental company in found that even thou it was simple booking process I found taht there was too match hidden fees that weren't shown to you only after confirming your booking did we see the hidden fees wasnt happy at all

Just one of the cars we ordered never got confirmed and we didn't notice, and when we went to pick up in Chch they didnt know anything about it. Maybe make the confirmation part a bit more clear...we had several emails from transfer car and thought it was all sorted.

After paying 40$ for full coverage and being guaranteed a full tank of fuel, i was still charged 70$ for full coverage in the end plus another 90$ for fuel costs. WHY is it that every rental car company never follows through with their original agreement? Now I've wasted two hours trying to get my money back and will never regain these minutes of my life.
