Driver ratings
The young lady at the counter verbally mention not to drive on certain roads. Also she didn’t turn the page over to show us the restricted road on the map. We just signed the form without reading it. Also the app isn’t idea for people who aren’t tech savvy or use mobile phones. We didn’t use it as it was time consuming.

Penalties should apply for both parties. If customer cancel, we have to pay $20-100. If the rental company cannot provide a car after your confirmation, you need sought out for customer and the rental company should be penalized.. about this trip, Hertz in Glastone not even open for those days we booked. After so Many calls and pushes, we finally got the key box option. Before that,We have all trip and accomodations booked cannot be refund. How much risky we are taking? How much responsibility both you as an agent and them should be taking? In this situation, I suggest penalties for rental company will be fair.

No. It was perfect for what I wanted which was to try out a campervan before going ahead and buying one. Having said that I just thought of something that would have been great and that is some written instructions. I had no idea how to get hot water!
