I returned my car to Christchurch. The hours of operation were not detailed so I was suprised I couldn’t return my car at 445pm. Told by staff leaving to come back tomorrow. Not acceptable!

Provide more information about the vehicle and the rental company to enable an informed choice to be made, with less risk of disappointment. For last weeks transfer the vehicle was quite old, had lots of scrapes, 250,000 km on the clock and was in a dirty condition. I would be cautious about cars from Discount Car Rentals in the future.
