Show actual images of the vehicle, age etc. We were expecting something a bit later model based on the correspondence. We did understand a vehicle change had occurred. The vehicle had an odour, the interior was sticky. Could have been cleaner. We got what we paid for. In future, we will just hire a vehicle. Mechanical/functionally the vehicle served its purpose fine. Proximity sensors removed?
