Refine the hours for pick up and drop back - my 3 day allowed rental ended up as 2 days on the booking because of the way your booking site works. I was delivering a mine-spec truck from Brisbane to Melb. I spent 4 hours on the phone with Avis trying to sort it out - their commercial team weren't answering calls/emails/more calls/calls through national call centre/more emails etc, and it was touch and go whether I would actually get my transfercar until I actually got to the airport and spoke to the Avis counter. And that was after talking to about 6 different Avis people. It would not have been necessary if I could have put the actual pickup time and drop off time on your booking webpage. (Instead of just showing available days).

Nothing I love transfer car. Although, the ferry is always an issue. You book a car but can never get a ferry. I think the agency should have these already booked

It would be nice if the rental copy included insurance and this was shown as included or not like the ferry and fuel icons.

With the first request we put in we didn’t see there were no pick ups on Sundays and we requested for a Sunday so it was denied. We wanted to put in a new request but that wasn’t an option. So maybe that’s something that can change, that if a request is denied you can alter your request to see if it will be approved after altering it.
