Were a family of 4 and some vehicles may be too small to travel in when we have luggage. Althought I understand it may not always be possible to specify, t would help knowing what vehicle it is for space and safety rating purposes. In our case we relocated a campervan and knew .

Person at counter was very rude and refused to give me car because my credit card does not have my name printed on it. I proposed to charge me $1 and show her charge in my bank statement to provide that card is in my name, but she refused. Also refused to call her manager. Not recommended to anyone.
