Firstly I was supposed to get 4x4 vehicle and got Toyota Yaris instead. Secondly both Wellington and Auckland branches were trying to convince me I have to return the vehicle with full tank regardless terms and conditions saying I had one full tank. I have never received contract even I have asked twice for it, which means I would get into trouble in a case of incident or police check. I was going to send an email re this to you.

Provide drop off times in the documentation. Do not charge kms for a relocation. Make sure the stove and fridge work. Provide the allocation for fuel and dont make excuses why you can't

I transferred the car from Queenstown airport to Christchurch airport . And it was full tank of free fuel but this morning I got charged extra and Europe car says it was no free fuel . I think transfer car not communicating well with rentals companies or rental companies not doing this job properly . I got my own car with me . If it’s not free fuel . I would have take my own car from Queenstown to Christchurch . I hope I get my money back soon . Such a hassle
