There is probably nothing you can do but the car we had to relocate was unroadworthy )bald tyres) and broke down. The rental car company gave us another car to finish our journey so that worked out ok

Being clear about the time that the drop off centre closes. I was lucky they called me on the morning, otherwise I would have been trying to drop it off when it had closed.

We would have rated a 9 or 10, however with our booking on Thursday, we were left stranded with no car for the long weekend as had made plans all around the booking made through Transfer car via Budget. The cities was switched to the wrong way around, and when we spoke to Budget, they put the blame on Transfercar, and when I spoke to the person at Transfercar, they put the blame on budget. There was no car we could get from another company or even rent and pay for one as they were all booked out by that point. I even informed the person that there may have been a mistake made on the listing on the Transfercar website, but there was not much acknowledgement to say yes that's a good point, we should look into it, so we can prevent someone else to go through the same experience. It's unfortunate, because we have booked with transfer car a few times before and was always happy. Would hope these issues can be resolved and improved. Thanks Daisy

understanding how gas allowance reimbursement works And explaining the latency between the acceptance to the relocation and when the booking is confirmed with the rental company. It was about 3 days since the confirmation of transfercar that we weren't sure if are actually confirmed with Indie Campers
