Hi, The idea of Transfercar and relocation is great. We had a lot of fun with the van (from Brisbane to sydney). But at the end there is a disappointment. We booked the van on Transfercar as follow:

When I left the car at Auckland Airport, it wasn't immediately obvious where I needed to drop it, and when I arrived, it wasn't clear what the procedure was or who I should talk to. I wasn't actually sure I had done it correctly until I received this email.
