We did a re-location so maybe a bit more information on the requirements for paying the insurance options before hand and also the need to provide all drivers actual copies of drivers licence (I only had my husbands licence electronically). Great option for us to relocate though and we will definitely do it again! Thank you!

It took me 3 attempts to get a reply for our request , I could tell from looking I was the only request . But I would put that down to Yesaway rentals , not yourself . Otherwise everything seemed very streamlined .

The only thing, I don’t even want to call it negative, it was a bit hard/confusing to find the rental place in Auckland. The rental company didn’t have a branch of their own there and the pick up was managed by a „sister“ company.
