It would be good if it was easier to make changes to the reservation dates if necessary. Neither the rental company nor Transfer Car appear to have full control over that.

I forgot how much I enjoy not knowing what car I will get and love the free tank of fuel..su h a treat as I k ow the cars will always be newer than mine as I ha e a 2009. Any improvements? I received an email on confirmation from Transfer Car but didn't receive an email confirmation from Europcar. I rang their help centre and they were helpful and gave me my confirmation number which h was great - didn't want to turn up to no car Great experience again...
