Everything was ok. Except at drop off at Cairns airport. Wasn't sure where to park the car. And the people at the counter wouldn't take my fuel receipt to tell them that I had fueled up the car

I did respond yesterday when the survey loaded from your second email. I said that I would have appreciated a full demo of the vehicle's equipment operation. This was probably due to a delay in pick up (booking had been cancelled in error) I was just provided with the key shown where vehicle was parked ready to go! I gradually worked it out on the road! I also suggested that all your vehicles should be clearly marked (on dashboard) with VEHICLE HEIGHT. This is due to the insurance exclusion re overhead damage. I really appreciate assistance from you regarding payment of fuel allowance as I omitted to arrange this when dropping vehicle off. I was very impressed with camper will certainly recommend use again. Many thanks. Garry
