Conditions could be stated clearly - ferry booking, reimbursement, and tolls. However, the company I hired from communicated well. Overall, I enjoyed my experience this time.

Must have debit card use available! NOT credit cards like most companies. And bond NO MORE than $200. I had a company ask for a $6000 bond last week. What a joke! Won’t be using this again.

It was really good. It was my first time using transfer car, so would be good to know ways to improve your chance of getting picked? eg: if you select fewer days or earlier days in the available dates? Overall was great.

Understand when booking the amount that is required outside of it - e.g you figure out average time it actually takes to collect a car/sort out pick up as one car was very simple and the other had a bit of admin required.
