Just pick up times if they could be a bit more flexible, within reason. Once booked there is very little wriggle room. Thanks it’s a great service.

Maybe a tips (similar to FAQs) sheet that takes you through a suggested step by step to pick and drop off I.e., q's to ask re: excess, insurance cover, etc.
