Over weekends or public holidays people may make requests that expire because of the 24 hours. Could requests made over these times be extended?

There was an issue with the original booking. The computer system was difficult to use, the vendor didn't get the correct details, tried to charge me incorrectly, and then made a call when they had been told my booking had been cancelled.
