The only problem we experienced was that the cost to lower the excess liability to zero did not match the price we were given by the car rental company

I sent an E-mail to your support team but received no response. In the end my query was answered by Snap when I picked up the car. It was about the amount I had to pay but it was all explained by Snap to my satisfaction.
