The caravan was so old and had some issues.As soon as we started driving,a alarm started ringing even though we closed all doors properly.It lasted last day.We had been figuring out what the matter was untill we returned it. It irritated us.Probably the left door was funny then I told a staff the fact.

If you can include the vehicle owner name in the listing it would be better. The reason is I got bad experience with some companies so want to avoid them next time when I book. The last one I did, camper co, sent me emails, following the reservation on your website, mentioning the excess amount as 3500, but your website mentioned it as 3000 only. Even after highlighting this to Ross, the owner, he still mentioned 3500 as the excess amount in the paperwork that I signed before taking the vehicle. He did not follow the website advertising and this is not OK. I will want to avoid him next time.

My first booking experience went very well. Only thing that may have helped was a phone number for transfercar, if I had a question. I found a phone number on the website for use by rental car operators, but not for customers
