More information when picking up the vehicle. Especially a motorhome. Maybe time slots for pick up. It was chaotic on pickup and the person showing me the vehicle felt very rushed and didn't give as much information as I was getting from listening to other people's conversations.

When a car was available for 2 days you could take it for 24 hours over night which counted as 1 day but if it was only available for 1 day it had to be returned the day you took it. Don’t know if it’s up to your company but it would have been great to have the option of the cars available for 1 day because we only needed the car for under 24 hours but we did need it overnight.
