Nothing you can do, but Hertz need better instructions, as too where NOT to pick up the car. 4th time lucky we realised it was in the airport. Cost us $70 in taxi fares. You guys are amazing. Well done.

Yes. Combine travellers. For example: a car needs to be relocated from Dunedin to Auckland. I only want to drive to Christchurch. But Person x would like the car from Christchurch to Auckland... or Christchurch to Wellington, Wellington to Taupo etc. Just allow partial drives... if drivers are available
