It would be great if we could know the accurate pick up place. We couldn't find the car at first time from the space(the number) where the staff told us and spent lots of time to find the car.

Maybe have a map attached to email with suggested route!?? I made a huge miscalculation by thinking I could go from mt. Cook to Greymouth in one day.

It would be good if the deals with the rental companies were more consistent as it's a bit hard to remember which is which when you line up several but I guess it's ok
