If nzra gave better service we had an over heating problem I had to contact them to get them to contact mechanic so he could even look at the vehicle and if the vehicles are old the person transferring should have more rights as far as petrol money and allowances for accommodation for breakdowns as with an older vehicle it is more likely and they use more fuel but the concept is good cheers Chris

I was very pleased with level of customer service. I paid $119 to waiver excess ($2000) I do not think this is is a fair charge considering I was providing a service to transfercar (Ace Rentals) I think Fuel Ferry charges were fair (enough) I will apply for relocation drive next time I am in Australia New Zealand

It's my 1st time to use (hence the 9), but it all went really well. It was easy, directions/instructions were clear. I loved that there was an actual phone number that I could talk to a human as well. All very good. Thankyou

Not really - possibly an option for requesters to put in some about what type of car they would prefer? (e.g. 4 door, boot or hatch etc?
