I had selected a vehicle type for specific reasons based on tge images displayed . On pick up, it was a vehicle that I didn't expect or would've hired if I had known this is what I would get. I understand that there was a ...or similar condition, but if I had know exactly what i was getting on pick up, I would've declined the vehicle. Please contact me if you would like further insights. I found it simple and straightforward. The only thing I would suggest, and it might be because I didn't read things properly, was highlighting the advantage of selecting two or three at once. I had my first selection declined, and the email about it said this was a good option, but I didn't notice it earlier. As I say, it might be because I didn't pay attention enough

Dark coloured car,especially dark grey or black are not very visible on roads and they do get hotter in summer.

Maybe a bit more information about insurance. eg. the ad said insurance included. When we arrived at Jucy, we were informed of the excess then. Otherwise, all good - we enjoyed our experience! Thank you
