No, great service.

The service from Transfer car and the car itself were pretty good. However the service from the rental company (europcar) was abysmal, and the price was far higher than expected. These things may be somewhat out of your control, but they are things that affect the overall experience of the service, thus the less than stellar rating.

Remove the old Melbourne Airport office location from your emails. I drove there to drop off vehicle instead of the new office locstion which Google Maps provided me
