reduce the excess $2000 is crazy high and the cost of reducing this is A LOT! esp when doing a service for the company. Aside from that you guys are awesome! :)

No all good - staff were helpful. BUT as out of towners that didn't always have internet (told school) not being able to phone Transfercar was a bit of a pain

It does end up costing me more than a flight, when you add the extra insurance and the petrol. I did have a vehicle, about 3 years ago, which had a free tank of petrol which was awesome.
