It's been a great service but on 2 occasions out of 3 have not received any email bookings from the rental company. Trying to get hold of transfercar difficult at weekends. Also confused about when requesting pick and drop off times then get confirmation with different hours. But generally an amazing service.

Nothing to improve on that springs to mind. The whole process was easy start to finish and really got me out of a tight spot. Cheers team!

I thought I was being given a small car to transfer but ended up with a big petrol gusling monster. It cost me around $200 including full insurance (my choice). If I had known I wasn't getting the car in the photo I would have caught a plane. That was an expensive trip for a solo passenger.
