Hi there,.. 1) if I received the same car I was assured at time of booking. 2) if I was informed I would need my paperwork at drop off 3) if staff had some basic Chinese greetings and pleasantries and if they realised that speaking louder to Chinese people wont help their chances of understanding English, and if you have your rental agreement translated to Simplified Chinese. 4) if staff treated you like a person and not a number

The collection of the first vehicle - the man wasn't available so we had very little explanation of how to set up the bed in the camper. This meant seeking assistance In the dark as it wasn't as simple as just do this. Also seeking clarification on the insurance.... was charged 2 days insurance rate when we had the vehicle less than 24hrs???? Just seems the person transferring the vehicle should be grateful and just pay whay they want. Second vehicle was great - clarity and easy.

No, was all good. Easy search, quick replies, good cars. Unless you are able to arrange a speed check in when picking car up as it is already arranged?

Yes, change the policy whereby if I wasn’t at fault in an accident I shouldn’t have to pay an excess especially if the damage is covered by their insurance.
