I told rental company when we dropped car off that the photo was deceiving, it was a much much older model than photo and we agreed to pay $35 for extra days which we could have had a new focus for that. We did other relocation with avis and next time i proberly will stick to the bigger companies

I called the company up stating that due to the snow we would leave tekapo 2hrs later. I was told that I only had 59minutes flexibility and after that I would be charged more. I think customers making safety calls should not be pinalised. Address this policy and I would give a higher rating.
