Car was cancelled on the morning of my trip...!! Very disappointed..!!!!!!! I had to completely re organise a very well planned journey, left a day later, missed pre arranged scheduled stops with friends....

In the confirmation email transfer car told me I didn t have to leave the car with fuel at cairns and redspot charge me the full tank ($129, that is 3$/lt). You don't have any phone number to claim neither. They also told me I have an insurance and when I arrived to redspot at Sydney they told me I was not covered and I had to pay for it ($217, 31$/day). some hidden costs are presented in case of the accident. I agree to pay the insurance but the hidden costs(towing, etc) in case of an accident did not go away.

A better reminder for what company I’m going through. Each time I’ve had to go back to the site or confirmation to find out. A reminder txt the night before would solve this issue ;)
